Install Instructions

1. Unzip the distribution file. The files will be in their own directory.
2. Open ea_classlist.php in a text editor and edit the values for $from_email and $from_name.
3. Upload all the files to your web server.
4. Check the permissions of the files classlist.csv and email.tpl. They must be readable and writeable by the web server software.
5. Access the file ea_classlist.php from your web browser.

How to use the program

The file classlist.csv included in the distribution is empty. You will need to upload your classlist. Take the Excel file you get from EA, load it into Excel and export the data as a csv file. Browse to ea_classlist.php and upload your csv file. The Class List information at the top of the page should change to reflect your uploaded file.

Next, scroll down to the end of the page. Your classes and students should be listed in a table. Note the input fields for each class. You can add custom messages for each class.
