I've developed some scripts in PHP that I'm making available at no cost. You are welcomed to use these scripts on you site as long as the copyright notice in the source code remains in place. These scripts are offered 'as-is'. There is no support for the script beyond the instructions provided on this site and in the comments in the scripts themselves. Contact Form

Here's yet another Form-to-Mail script. Examples of form-to-mail scripts can be found all over the Net. But I like mine best.

Features:

• the appearance of the page can be completely customized to match that of your site
• the email address to receive the message is stored in the code, hiding it from email harvesters that spammers use
• some input fields can be designated as required and when the user leaves them blank the script will redisplay the form with a message and the non-blank input redisplayed

MySQL Import from Text File

This script imports data in a text into MySQL. The data in the text file is listed vertically, much like you would get from someone using Word to maintain a list of contacts.
